Revision Policy
The number of revisions available depends on the selected package. You may request revisions up to the limit stated in your package details. The goal is to deliver work that meets your expectations, and revisions will continue as long as they fall within the package guidelines. No additional charges apply unless the design concepts are changed. Most revisions are delivered within 48 hours.
Turnaround Time
Most design stages are completed within 48–72 hours. This timeframe applies to one design iteration, not the entire project. Revision timelines may also range from 48–72 hours, equivalent to three working days.
Examples:
Orders or revision requests submitted on Monday are typically delivered by Wednesday.
Orders or revision requests submitted on Friday are typically delivered by the following Tuesday.
Refund Policy
A refund may be requested based on the conditions outlined below. Refunds are not unconditional; specific terms apply.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be issued only if the request falls within the allowed criteria and none of the conditions listed under “Refund Restrictions” apply.
Refund Restrictions
A refund request becomes invalid under any of the following circumstances:
A special or custom package was selected.
The primary design concept has been approved.
A logo has been finalized.
A website has been designed, developed, or launched.
Revisions have been requested.
Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project.
No communication has been received for over two weeks during the first 30–45 days of the project.
Any policy has been violated.
Another agency or designer has been contacted for the same project.
The creative brief lacks essential information.
A complete design change has been requested.
The request is made after the allowed refund period.
The business has closed, changed ownership, or changed its name.
Refund requests based on “change of mind,” partner disagreements, or unrelated reasons are not accepted.
If the project has been active for more than 25 days, only a 50% refund may be permitted.
If the project exceeds 35 days, only a 30% refund may be permitted.
No response from the client for six months voids any right to a refund.
Project renewal may require a 50% payment of the original deposit.
Multiple sets of revisions have been accepted.
For service bundles, refunds apply only to the specific unsatisfactory service, not the entire package.
Cancellations made before project initiation due to unrelated reasons are subject to a 33% administrative fee.
Services such as hosting, domains, SSL certificates, maintenance, SEO, social media services, or advertising campaigns are not refundable.
Refund decisions are made after review and may include partial refunds in cases not covered under the full refund guidelines. The final decision rests with management.
Claiming a Refund
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request through the designated project communication platform. Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and processed based on the refund policy.
Refund requests for cancellations unrelated to the service must be made within 24 hours of order placement to qualify for a full refund. Requests submitted after 24 hours are subject to a service fee.
After a refund is issued, all rights to the submitted designs are revoked and transferred back to the service provider unless otherwise stated in writing.
Quality Assurance Policy
All designs are created with care, research, and attention to detail. Every effort is made to ensure that the work aligns with the client’s requirements and creative expectations.

Unlimited revisions are offered (as per package limits) to ensure complete satisfaction. Revisions continue until the client is satisfied with the design, provided requests stay within the project scope.
Delivery Policy
Completed work is delivered to the account associated with the order, along with an email confirmation. Standard delivery time depends on the selected package, with a minimum turnaround of two business days.
Websites are made live only after all outstanding dues are cleared. Rush or urgent orders may require dedicated arrangements.
Design Ownership & Rights
Final design ownership transfers to the client once the design is approved and finalized. The client receives all core files and owns 100% rights to the finalized design.
Materials, drafts, and unused concepts created during revision cycles do not transfer to the client and remain the property of the service provider unless otherwise agreed.
Content Creation & Population
The service provider is not responsible for creating or uploading website content unless this service is purchased.
If content creation is included:
Content will be specifically created for the client’s website.
Images may be sourced from stock libraries with client approval.
Product images and descriptions must be provided by the client.
The service provider is not responsible for any similarity between stock images used and those on other websites.
N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy
All client information, project details, and communication remain confidential. Neither party may intentionally defame or disparage the other during or after project completion.
Record Maintenance
Finalized design files are archived for future retrieval in case the client misplaces them.
Customer Support
Support is available during standard business hours. Queries outside these hours are handled on the next working day through the designated project platform.
Technical Support Policy
The service primarily offers design and development. Technical assistance is limited and does not include training or detailed installation support.
Website Deployment
Deployment may occur on:
- A hosting server provided as part of the service (through a third-party provider).
- A hosting server purchased by the client.
The service provider is not responsible for issues related to third-party hosting.
CMS Access
A user guide is provided for the website’s content management system. Training is not included.
Email Setup
Basic configuration details are provided. Installation and troubleshooting on the client’s end are not included.
The service provider is not responsible for:
- Technical errors
- Installation failures
- Misconfiguration on the client’s side
Communication Policy
All requests—revisions, feedback, refunds, or instructions—must be sent through the official project communication platform to be considered valid.
Communication through unofficial channels is not recognized, and the service provider is not responsible for delays or issues caused by such interactions.
