Our Refund Guidelines
Under all circumstances, payments made are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been delivered and approved, or if revisions have been requested. Refunds may only be issued if the contract is terminated by the service provider for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-performance.
Refund requests will be processed according to the following terms:
- If a refund request is submitted before the delivery of initial design concepts, a full refund is available (minus a 10% administrative and processing fee).
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours of initial concept delivery, the client is eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% administrative fee).
- If a refund request is made within 48–96 hours of initial concept delivery, the client is eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
- No refund will be issued after 96 hours of initial concept delivery.
- Once initial concepts are approved or revisions are requested, the refund option becomes void.
- Once the project enters the revision phase, refunds are no longer applicable.
- No refund will be issued if the client is inactive for 7 working days or becomes unresponsive for 5 working days.
- Refund requests will only be handled by the support team and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- For website packages, no refund is issued once the initial mockup is revised or inner pages are developed with client approval.
- For bundled services, refunds apply only to the specific service in question and not the entire bundle.
A valid refund reason must be aligned with the original design brief. If the design concepts follow the given brief, refunds will not be approved but further revisions will be offered until satisfaction is achieved.
Both parties agree not to post negative, harmful, or defamatory content about each other on public platforms, forums, or social media. Violation of this clause requires the breaching party to compensate the other party reasonably.
Refund requests made with the intention of using work from multiple agencies simultaneously are considered bad faith and will not be accepted.
A 100% unique design guarantee means a new design will be provided only if the delivered work is proven to be substantially similar to an existing design. Copyrighting final artwork remains the client’s responsibility.
How to Claim Your Refund
To submit a refund request, you must:
Clearly specify your concern and request a refund through the designated support channel.
The support team will attempt to resolve your issue under the revision policy; if unresolved, your case will be forwarded for refund review.
Once a refund is issued:
All rights to the design transfer back to the service provider.
You may not use, display, or claim ownership of any part of the provided work.
Copyright agencies may be notified to ensure the refunded designs cannot be reused.

My Account
The account area is used for communication and project tracking. It is the client’s responsibility to check the account regularly for updates, instructions, and queries. Failing to do so may affect eligibility for refunds. Contact support for assistance if needed.
Quality Assurance Policy
Designers are instructed to strictly follow the specifications provided in the order form. Every design is created after thorough research to maintain quality and originality.

Revisions are provided until the client is fully satisfied (based on the package selected). Designs will be refined and improved without deviating from the approved concept.
Domain and Hosting
Where applicable, domain and hosting services are provided at no additional cost with qualifying packages.
Email accounts included with hosting can be configured on supported third-party software.
If hosting is declined, email services are not included.
Delivery Policy
- Design files are delivered to the client’s account area by the date stated in the order confirmation.
- An email notification is sent once files are delivered.
- Revision and refund timelines are based on the delivery date listed in the account.
- Customized design files are typically delivered within 5–7 days of order confirmation.
- Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
Record Maintenance
Final design files are archived for future reference. Clients may request resending of files when needed.
Customer Support
Support is available 24/7 for inquiries, concerns, and assistance. Prompt responses are guaranteed.
Correspondence Policy
The service provider is not responsible for communication sent from unofficial or unverified email addresses or phone numbers. Only communication through authorized channels is considered valid.
Money-Back Guarantee
A money-back guarantee applies only under eligible conditions and within the designated timeframe. If expectations are not met, a refund may be granted according to policy terms.

Video Animations – Revision Policy
Revisions depend on the selected package. Unlimited storyboard revisions are available as long as the original concept remains unchanged. Revision turnaround is 48 hours.

Refund terms mirror the general refund policy. Refunds are not issued once:
- Initial concepts are approved
- Revisions are requested
- Final files are delivered
Refunds also depend on client responsiveness and adherence to the design brief.

Content Policy
For standard websites and résumé designs, all content—including text, images, and product information—must be provided by the client.
E-commerce packages include sample products. Product details must be supplied by the client.
Dummy content may be used in mockups for demonstration purposes.
Limitations of Warranty
The website and associated materials are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors.
No responsibility is taken for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
Nothing provided constitutes professional advice.
Limitations of Liability
The service provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses related to use of the website, including financial losses, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruptions.
These limitations apply even when the possibility of loss has been disclosed.
Exceptions
These limitations do not apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any matter that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded
Reasonableness
By using the website, you agree that these limitations are reasonable. If you disagree, you must discontinue use of the site.
Refund Policy (Additional Conditions)
Refunds are not applicable under any of the following circumstances:
- When a special package is selected
- When the initial concept is approved
- When revisions are requested
- When the order is canceled for reasons unrelated to the service provider
- When no communication is received for more than two weeks
- When terms or policies are violated
- When another designer is hired for the same project
- When the design brief is incomplete
- When the client changes the concept
- When the allowed refund period has expired
- When the business name changes or closes
- When dissatisfaction is due to personal or partnership disputes
- When deliverables have been approved
- When multiple revisions have been accepted
- When bundle services are purchased and dissatisfaction applies to only one item
- When the design brief is not provided within 10 days of order placement
Upon successful refund, all design ownership reverts to the service provider.
Money-Back Guarantee
Valid for 30 days after order placement, provided no revisions have been requested.
Requesting revisions automatically waives eligibility for a refund.
Other Parties
You agree not to bring claims against officers, employees, or partners of the service provider. All liability protections extend to them equally.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the service provider against any losses arising from your breach of these terms.
Breaches of These Terms and Conditions
In case of policy breaches, the service provider may:
- Suspend or terminate access
- Block your IP address
- Contact your internet service provider
- Pursue legal action
Variation
Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website implies agreement to updated terms.
Assignment
The service provider may assign or subcontract obligations without notice.
You may not transfer your rights without consent.
Severability
If any clause is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the complete agreement governing website use.
Clause of Use
If no communication occurs for at least 30 days regarding approvals or specifications, the project will be considered abandoned.
Closed Projects
A project is considered closed if fully delivered or inactive for 60 days. Liability is not retained beyond that period.
